Navkarma Ayurveda Private Limited has partnered with reputable logistic partners to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition without any damages. We assure you that we use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing of package durability before shipping our products.

Note: A shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable for all orders below Rs. 699.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order is processed by our system, the products undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistic partner.

Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you at the earliest possibility. If our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the provided time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products ordered by you, including any free gifts, will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement. While we aim to ship all products together, this may not always be possible.

How Are the Products Packaged?

Each product is individually packaged in bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles are additionally secured with bubble wrap. The products are then packaged in cardboard boxes and handed over to our logistic partners for delivery. Navkarma Ayurveda holds responsibility for any damages during transit.

Which Locations Does Navkarma Ayurveda Ship To?

We ship throughout India to almost all pin-codes. The list of serviceable pin-codes may change based on our logistics partners. You can check the delivery availability by entering your pin-code on any product page or on the checkout page.

Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier company details. Registered users can track their orders by logging into the "My Account" section on our website.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

At the time of order placement, an estimated delivery time will be provided based on your shipping address. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 2-7 days depending on your location. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. Please note that Navkarma Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by our logistic partners.

Please bear with us in case of any delays, as we prioritize safety protocols. We reserve the right to pause deliveries if necessary.

What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our logistic partner will contact you before delivering the products to the provided shipping address. Please ensure you are available to receive the calls, as multiple failed attempts may result in the return of the package to our warehouse.

What Are the Shipping Charges?

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product, packaging size, and other factors. The charges will be displayed during checkout, and you will be informed before making payment.

Delivery Information

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our logistic partner will make two more attempts. You can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule delivery. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Notification of Changes

We regularly review our Shipping and Delivery Policy to ensure accuracy. Any updates will be posted on our website. We reserve the right to change or update the policy without prior notice.
